What is the cost of shipping?Only £3 or Free(if order purchase exceeds or equal to £20). |

How long will my canvas last?Under normal lighting conditions, your canvas should last more than a lifetime. |
How long will it take to get my Canvas?All of our products are handmade to order. The time taken depends on the canvas size, the materials we use. It will take atleast 2 days for your delivery. |
What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit cards via a partnership with PayPal merchant services including: Amex, Delta, Electron, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa. We also accept Cheque or Bank Transfer. |
What about if my canvas gets damaged in the post?Damages are rare. Please inspect your shipment thoroughly on arrival and report any damages to us within five days. If you do not alert us of the damages within five days we can not make you a replacement canvas. |
Do you offer any canvas sizes?We have different standard sizes, apart from the numerous sizes we have on offer, we can supply you with made to measure canvases as well. |
Can I display my canvas outside?Unfortunately our canvas is made for indoor use only. If displayed outside and gets damaged, we will not be able to give a replacement. |
